You decide on the minutes you want to spend each day bettering yourself.
While every week we will be giving a new mini challenge for bettering yourself, you can feel free to decide how you want to spent these daily "me" minutes. It can be a daily walk, a new self-care routine, mindful break with no distractions or learning a new skill. Be creative! :)
