Step 3: Make Your Pledge & Introduce Yourself in the Group!
You are officially registered once you make your pledge within the group!
Print your pledge sheet & post a selfie in the group introducing yourself & how many minutes every day you plan to spend on yourself!
(If you don't have a printer, it's completely fine to just write on a piece of paper or track on your phone!)
