We treat each order return on a case-by-case basis as each situation tends to be different and exceptionally unique.


Rumi Cosmetiques Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Please note that we accept returns only on unopened products in their original packaging (if you have opened and/or used our products, you're not eligible for return process, you still are able to request a refund due to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee).

Returns can be made within 3 months of purchase. You'll be asked to have your order number as well as U.S. shipping zip code on you for the return process to start successfully.In very rare cases, the return of an item could not be accepted and therefore refunded, yet we will do our best in keeping you satisfied.

Completing the process will ensure you have a prepaid return label. Unfortunately, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note that a $5 return processing fee will be taken out of your order return amount if returned on the original form of payment.

Please ensure to have your name clearly written on the package & please include your Order Reference Number or a copy of your packing slip in the box/package.

Once we have received your returned item/-s, we will immediately issue you a refund of the amount considering the previously mentioned charges. Unfortunately, the full order amount can't be refunded in the case of a return. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
